BIO-FRAME 8 STUD OUTSOLE

Lightweight, stable bio-frame technology - gives stability around the heel and lightweight traction with 2 Thermoplastic polyurethane studs in the forefoot for ultimate grip.

 

PRO-TIP STUDS

Revolutionary new concept from Gilbert the tipped studs provide outstanding traction at a fraction of the weight of traditional studs.

 

PRO-GIL FOOTBED

High tech footbed – 3 part design – firm cradle for arch support, gel insert for added cushioning, soft foam layer for comfort.

 

SUPER SOFT HYDRO-R GRADE A PREMIUM

Premium leather provides supple lightweight high performance with water repellent qualities. Hydro-r is a high grade water repellent treatment.

 

NATURAL LEATHER UPPER

Leather provides supple lightweight high performance with water repellent qualities.

 

NANO-HONEYCOMB PU HEEL SECTION

Synthetic leather material used the in heel section of our Kaizen Power boots, with a supportive heat weld cradle which improves strength and stability for improved power and fit.

 

PROZONE WIDE FIT LAST

Designed for rugby players with wider base and streamlined profile - with an adaptable lacing system.

 

MULTI MATRIX INSOLE

Insert in between the boot upper and outsole to provide torsional stability to the shoe - diamond thermoplastic polyurethane design provides extreme levels of stiffness through the midfoot area of the shoe - for ultimate responsiveness.

 

HEAT WELD CRADLE

Additional supportive layer added to the boot without the need for stitching – light and strong.

 

KNITSPEED ULTRA

Knitted upper design with laminated protective coating- maximum flexibility (sock like fit) with durability – lighter & stronger.

 

PRO KAIZEN WELD

Additional supportive layer added to the boot without the need for stitching – light and strong.

 

AIRFLOW X FOOTBED

Lightweight and breathable footbed – honeycomb design allows air to flow inside the shoe.

 

SUPER LIGHT PU UPPER

Syntethic upper material – designed to be light and flexible.

 

PRE FORMED EVA FOOTBED

Designed with a heel raise which provides the wearer with optimal foot position for added power and arch support.

 

SPEEDPLATE HYB

Unique stud configuration with combination of screw in studs and moulded built in studs provides maximum acceleration and grip on soft ground (hyb = hybrid – a mixture of studs and moulds).

 

XSO OUTSOLE

 

8 stud outsole designed for soft ground, strategically positioned studs for outstanding weight distribution and ultimate traction required for rugby.

 

ADAPTIVE WELD DESIGN

 

Seamless design which provides additional strength to the upper but allows fluid movement.

 

RIGID TPU BOARD
