WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You'll receive a tracking number after your order is dispatched.
Note that this can take up to 24 hours to be added after your item has shipped.
A small percentage of tracking numbers sometimes take longer than 24 hours to start working. If your tracking number still shows no information 48 hours after you received it please contact us.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Orders over £10 get FREE UK Shipping. Below £10 shipping costs £3.95.
All UK customers get FAST shipping via UPS or DPD - usually with you in 2 working days.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
An item must be returned to us within 30 days to qualify for a refund.

We offer pre-paid returns labels for UK customers - it won't cost you a thing to return your item to us - no matter the reason.
All customers can use our self-service return portal to request a return. You will need your order number which you can find on every email we've sent you about your order.
