Union Sportive des Arlequins Perpignanais, more commonly known as USA Perpignan, are a rugby team located in the Pyrénées-Orientales department of the south of France. Their bright yellow and red colours on their logo and fed into their ball designs is derived from their location in Northern Catalonia with red and yellow being the colours of the Catalonia flag.
The club has had great success over the years with 7 Championship titles since the very start of the 20th century. In 2008 the club signed one of the best players in the world – Dan Carter, and later went on to win the 2008-2009 title.
