The Gilbert Rugby Size Guide, has included a Body Armour chart to make it easy for players to find the perfect fit.
- Measure yourself wearing underwear - do not measure clothing.
- Stand straight and keep both feet on the floor.
- Make sure the tape measure is kept level.
- Ask a friend to help take your measurement - its often easier to have help.
