| General Info: | Michael has joined Saracens for the 2008/09 seasons - signing a 2 year contract. Having been capped 41 times by Wales, including many as captain, he spent 5 seasons at Newport Gwent-Dragons playing over 70 times in the Magners League and European Cup for them. He was recently excluded from the national team after leading them to the Grand Slam in 2005. Michael put his head down, trained hard and performed consistently for The Dragons. This saw him recalled to the Welsh squad and he impressed on the two-test tour. Michael was most recently selected for the Wales squad for the 2007 Rugby World Cup. | |
