URBA (Union de Rugby Buenos Aires) sign with Gilbert

Gilbert is delighted to be the official ball of the URBA (Union de Rugby Buenos Aires)
The Rugby Union of Buenos Aires signed an agreement with Gilbert Rugby for the provision of Gilbert balls compulsory for all matches of the top schools teams from Groups I, II , III and IV.
The Barbarian match ball model will be used throughout rugby in Buenos Aires, for tournaments in the Upper Division that will begin to be played this Saturday, April 5 (tournaments of Groups II , III and IV) and Saturday May 10 (Tournament Group I Cup DIRECTV by QBE Insurance The Buenos Aires). As part of the agreement, Gilbert will also supply training balls to help ensure the highest quality players in URBA receive the highest quality products.
The President of URBA Luis Gradin explained the objectives of the agreement. "We are very pleased to have completed this important agreement with Gilbert brand because we seek from all possible aspects that are within our reach, providing players with the best tools for the integral growth of our rugby."
Regarding the new technology that will have the official balls, URBA said: "Gilbert offers a design model especially designed to meet the needs of modern rugby with technical features to suit the needs of our players, which is why we are very excited about the agreement and we are convinced that it will be for the benefit of all the rugby in Buenos Aires".
