The guys, 'Gibbo', 'Buster' and 'JC' have currently raised £178,548 for Help for Heroes and intend to pass £200,000 by the 16 March 2013

Rob Howley, who presented the trio with the ball at the Millenium Stadium as the Welsh team prepared for their clash with the All Blacks, said “the Welsh Rugby Union were proud to support Help for Heroes and Gibbo, Buster and JC on the walk from Twickenham to Cardiff in March for the 6 nations fixture" he added "please look after the ball".

The route will be broken down into 8 daily parts covering the 172 miles. Starting at The home of London Welsh RFC at Old Dear Park and heading to Reading via Twickenham Stadium on the 8 March before following a route through Reading, Hungerford, Cricklade, Gloucester, Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, and Newport. The final leg sees us into Cardiff, to arrive at 1100 when Wales run out for the Captains Run on the 15th.

Help for Heroes commented “H4H is all about ‘doing your bit’ and the effort and commitment of Gibbo, Buster and JC over the last few years has been outstanding. Their latest challenge is a brilliant example of people taking on a challenge, rallying support and accomplishing something extraordinary while they raise money for a wonderful cause. We are incredibly grateful for their support and know this event will be as successful as all those previous.”
